You have to prove yourself? No matter where you go or what you do you have to prove yourself each and every day to yourself and others. How do you plan on doing that? Let me ask you again, how do you plan on doing that?

Who are you proving yourself too? Your manager, your co-workers, your friends or family?

What may be astonishing is that if you prove yourself first, to you, the others will follow.

You are your worst enemy. You know that. You beat yourself up every single day. You have bruises that only you can see. These are seen as limiting beliefs or self-talk. How do you change that?

This isn’t a let’s get pumped up and think positive talk. You have been there and done that. It may work for a short period of time, but it is not sustainable.

What is sustainable is changing your limited beliefs that are holding you back. You are so caught up in the old world of thinking that you don’t even realize there is a new world out there. This world is about making you better, for you.

Once you are in a good place, all else will follow.

#1 Reason Why You Have To Prove Yourself To Others

You lack confidence in you and accepting change

These both go hand in hand. Think about it. If you are confident in you, change would be easy. You are comfortable in your own space. You know what I mean.

You may feel confident, but your actions don’t lie. Another way of saying all of this is you do not feel worthy.

You may be saying, what I am reading right now makes total sense.  Now, what are you going to do? We can read all we want, but if we don’t take action what good is it. Reaching out to someone maybe your first step. We have been there before, just like you and if it were not for coaching, we may still be there.
