So What Does It Take To Achieve Successful Results From Your Workout?

Discover The 3 Keys That Will Lead You To Sustainable Results

Everywhere you look, there is something for you to read promoting another fitness program or fitness tip! It seems the whole world is looking for that magic answer, the magic bullet that is going to give them quick results that last forever without much effort, or at least effort that only has to last for a short time.  This abundance of information is leaving most people downright confused when it comes to choosing an exercise program and end up with paralysis by analysis.

But, let’s get real…if there was a quick fix magic bullet out there, don’t you think everyone would be using it that has any desire at all to have improvements in their body and their health and fitness? Of course they would!

So, let’s put aside all of the BS, eliminate any overwhelm you are feeling and look at what is ABSOLUTELY required for long term success. I don’t know about you, but for us, we want lifelong results that keep us improving day in and day out to feel healthier, younger and more energized as we age. If you want these things, then keep on reading.

EVERY DAY

Movement is not just about getting into better shape, releasing weight, or experiencing changes in your body composition. There are so many more underlying benefits. Once we reach an age where we are no longer growing and developing, our bodies are in a constant slow state of decay. This sounds horrible at first, but you have more control that you believe.

Daily movement is your control. When you move at a moderate intensity or higher, you trigger growth signals in your body that slow down the process of decay. Pretty awesome! All you need to do it get up and move every single day. You can walk, run, lift weights, do body weight exercises, yoga, high-intensity interval training, or really anything you want that gets your heart pumping and your muscles working. The important thing is to do something EVERY DAY, otherwise, the decay process is moving along steadily defeating you. If you want to win the battle against decay in your body, get moving!

If that isn’t enough to get you going, there are even more reasons. Movement triggers hormone responses that boost your mood instantly and the effect is compounded if you get outside in nature to move. Being in nature reduces our stress and improves creativity. Moderately intense exercise has been shown in multiple studies to be just as effective as anti-depressants in treating mood disorders. (Don’t stop taking any of your medications without talking to your doctor first, but exercise sure will help you feel better, medication or not.)

Need one more reason…regular movement increases energy levels and boosts productivity. If you want to increase energy, boost productivity, lift your mood,  slow decay and aging, reduce the risk of disease, help you release weight, improve body composition and keep you moving into much later years.

If you are serious about wanting to take control and soar to new heights in your life, all the tools you need are in The Mind-Body Transformation System No Excuse Workouts.

ENJOYABLE

The movement you choose to do must be enjoyable and tempting. If you wake up every day dreading your workout, it won’t take long before you find every excuse in the book to avoid it each and every day! Remember there is not a magic exercise that gives you quick fix results without much effort, so it really doesn’t matter what you do. The MOST CRITICAL factor is being consistent and that is only going to happen if you choose activities that you ENJOY!

If you have very specific body composition goals, there are certain exercises that will be more effective than others, and we can get you in touch with a personal trainer to help you by emailing us at support@craigandjennyd.com.

EMPOWERING

The temptation is high to do too much too fast looking for quick-fix results. When you enter a new movement program with this approach you actually increase your risk for injury and/or illness which could leave you on the sidelines pretty quickly, preventing you from continuing on and achieving the results you are looking for. Or worse yet, reversing the results you already achieved.

A movement program should be empowering, leaving you in control of the level of intensity that is right for you! There is no one intensity that is right for everyone. You must accept where you are today and start at a level appropriate for you that you can maintain. Varying your activities is also important so that you don’t get bored or experience muscle soreness, overuse injuries, or muscle imbalances that prevent you from continuing in your new habit.

In The Mind-Body Transformation System No Excuse Workouts, we vary the daily exercises and give you options to vary the intensity giving you all that you need to get started. You can also add in any activities you want to mix things up and keep it enjoyable for you!

Conclusion

Remember, the ability to exercise is a privilege,

not a punishment. Take advantage of your abilities and move every day to keep those abilities strong for years to come. We all must age, but the pace at which we age is largely in our control. Next time you are tempted to sit around and complain about aging, get up and do something about it instead. If we can do it, why can’t you?
